HGV Driver (C+E Licence) – Agricultural & General Haulage

Location: Banbury, Oxon
Hours: Full Time 40+ hours per week (Occasional overnight stays required)
Salary: £14-£16 per hour, depending on experience and annual bonus
Benefits: 25 days (plus. bank holidays), driver CPC renewal, work uniform provided, overnight allowance.

We are looking for a practical, motivated HGV Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport hay, haylage, straw, and other goods using articulated lorries and wagon and drag combinations.

• Carry out basic maintenance and daily checks on vehicles.

• Deliver goods to customers in a polite, professional, and punctual manner.

• Occasionally stay overnight away from home (with prior notice).

• Assist with loading and unloading; forklift experience is beneficial.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Advantageous but not essential (Training will be provided for the right candidate):

• A valid C+E (Class 1) Licence and Driver CPC qualification.

• Experience in agriculture..

• Forklift/Telehandler driving experience.

Candidate must have:

• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.

• A strong work ethic, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

• Good customer-facing skills, presentable appearance, and punctuality.
